Lautem handbags, the architectonical designed handbags that are sweeping fashion events
Born with great excitement, Lautem handbags are becoming a reference in architectonical designed handbags honoring classical modernism with a touch of contemporaneity. With more than 10 years of experience acquired in the different career projects in which they had participated, Lautem found in June 2014 that it was time to take another step, according to them, “as a consequence of evolving and keep growing both professionally and personally”.
Elena García Silva, its creator, was an project architect in rehabilitation of industrial and historical patrimony slimmed down into a handbag designer, which can be noticed in her creations, specially inspired by the Bauhaus School.
Lautem Handbags are distinguished by its symmetry, always associated to beauty, transmitting some sterile rigidity, that can be found less attractive regarding the more dynamic beauty and less expected associated to asymmetry. However, another key element is quality opting for a handmade product made in Spain which can really be noticed in the final result despite not being an expert.
Succeding specially in North Korea and China, Lautem handbags are becoming, in fact, quite popular among certain celebrities such as Solange Knowles, whom we can see wearing the Lautem Golden Series at the Paris Fashion Week.
Considering Lautem’s sober designs, its target public are specially middle-aged professional women although the last I GotRyththm model is quite popular among the young audience, as Emma Watson, for instance, at the Premiere style challenge.
Lautem handbags are going to be 4 years old and want to sell something very special, make limited and special editions as, like they say, “ we think luxury is not defined by the price, but by the quality end exclusiveness”. That is why, this year, they can’t wait to launch a new series for men, which will be their next challenge.
