Blake Lively’s bag detail at the Met Gala that you might not have noticed
Blake Lively stole the looks at the Met Gala held Monday at the Metropolitan Museum in New York. The Met Gala was attended by dozens of celebrities who drew attention, however, many were overshadowed by the arrival of the actress.
The protagonist of Gossip Girl appeared in a Versace dress that took 600 hours to be made and that had a huge skirt and a bodice adorned with colorful rhinestones. In fact, the design was so great that she and her team had to travel by bus to the place.
Unlike the previous years, the artist did not come accompanied by the arms of her husband Ryan Reynolds (who is on tour promoting Deadpool 2), but in the company of the designer Christian Louboutin and the director of The Handmaids Tale Reed Morano.
However, Lively arranged for her family to be present with her on the day. The artist took a small wink to her husband and daughters in her purse designed by Judith Leiber.
Although very few noticed, the clutch with which she complemented her outfit was an exclusive creation of the signature of the recently deceased Judith Leiber covered completely with rhinestones. On one of its sides, a classic image of the Sacred Heart could be seen, in relation to the theme of the gala. And on the other, we find the way Blake chose to take the party with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their two daughters, James, three years old, and Ines, 19 months old. A cross in which each of its four points had the initial of one of the members of the family, crowned by a band with the surname of the actor.
